While you may be able to browse certain sections of the Platform without registering with us, please note we do not offer any product/service under this Platform outside India. Your personal information will primarily be stored and processed in India and may have data protection laws that are different from those that apply in the country in which you are located. By visiting this Platform, providing your information or availing our product/services, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use (applicable to the Platform and its use) and the applicable service/product terms and conditions, and agree to be governed by the laws of India including but not limited to the laws applicable to data protection and privacy. 2. Collection of Your Information
We only collect the information that we actually need for lawful purposes connected with a business requirement. When you use our Platform, or post any information in public platforms, use our services, we collect, use, process and store your information which is provided by you from time to time (while you show interest in our Partner program, or share your information with us during signup in any official capacity).
In general, you can browse the Platform without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Once you give us your personal information, you are not anonymous to us. Where possible, we indicate which fields are required and which fields are optional. You always have the option to not provide the information by choosing not to use a particular service, product or feature on the Platform.
- Registration Info: Name, username, email ID, contact number, or login credentials provided during sign-up.
- Business Address: Registered address, warehouse, store, or house address.
- Brand Authorization: Brand NOC certificates including ownership documents and applicable certificates.
- Business Details: Business name, GSTIN details, location, primary category, and average turnover.
- Financial Info: Bank account details, account information, and canceled cheque.
- KYC Verification: Information required for initiating and verification of KYC process. We specifically do not require you to share Aadhaar card details as part of the KYC process.
- Government Identifiers: PAN Card details.
- Online Presence: URL of your websites, blog posts, or social handles.
- Technical Data: IP address, device information, and query resolution records.
Xotic has onboarded certain third-party business partners on the Platform who specialize in categories like account management, advertising, cataloging, imaging, seller training, taxation, warehouse management, etc. Entry to their websites/applications is voluntary and subject to their respective privacy policies.
3. Use of Demographic & Profile Data
We use your personal information to provide the services you request, analyze seller interest, assist sellers and business partners in fulfilling service requests, enhance seller experience, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, send verification mails, collect payments, measure interest in products, and protect against error, fraud, and criminal activity.
We may also request you to provide your PAN, GST Number, Government-issued ID cards/number, and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) details to: (i) check your eligibility for certain services; (ii) issue GST invoices for services rendered; (iii) enhance your experience on the Platform.

We use data collection devices such as "cookies" on certain pages of the Platform to help analyze web page flow, measure promotional effectiveness, and promote trust and safety. "Cookies" are small files placed on your hard drive that assist us in providing our services. Cookies do not contain any of your personal information.
